Returns
Due to the nature of our air freshener products, returns are only accepted if:
* You receive the wrong item.
* The product arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Opened or used products.
* Products damaged due to misuse.
* Change of mind after delivery.
